Shape your Ops Hub

Tell Claude how your hub is laid out. Rename, add, or drop the fields on each record and choose what each one means. Nothing here touches Notion; it just builds a prompt you paste into Claude, which previews every change before applying it.

Install the Ops Hub plugin in Claude

The skills that build and run your hub live in a Claude Code plugin. In the Claude Code desktop app:

  1. Open Customise.
  2. Click + next to Personal plugins.
  3. Choose Create plugin › Add marketplace.
  4. Select Add from repository.
  5. Paste https://github.com/dotfound/ops-hub in the URL field.Copied
  6. Add it, then install the ops-hub plugin.

Prefer the command line? Run these instead:

/plugin marketplace add dotfound/ops-hub

Duplicate the template into your Notion

Your hub lives in your own Notion workspace. Open the dotfound template, then click the duplicate icon  at the top-right of the page to copy it in. All four databases and their links come across together. Then come back here to tailor it.

Edit the four record types

Rename the databases if your team calls them something different, rename / add / drop their fields and say what each one means, and set the body sections Claude composes inside each record. The defaults below mirror the template.

Fields

The properties on a record: the columns you'd see in a Notion table. Short, structured, filterable values you set directly.

e.g. a client's Status, Sector, Hourly Rate.

Body

The written page inside a record. Claude composes these sections from your linked work and connected sources. You set the headings and their meaning, it fills them in.

e.g. a project's Context, Scope, Deliverables.
